We begin by saying that you should always use discretion and discernment when reading anyone’s thoughts. If these thoughts do not resonate with your feelings and beliefs, than feel free to leave them as you found them. If, however these thoughts harmonize with your beliefs and thoughts then allow them to flow through your being and find root there.
I am the I am. I am. All that ever will be I am. All that ever was I am. Greetings my children. May your light be shined upon the whole of the Creation. There are many questions which you have and as many answers as those who ask the questions. Some believe that the changes coming will be of little significance and the status quo will remain.
My answer to this statement is that all will be different. Nothing can remain the same for the Earth has been ruled by the corrupter of this solar system. You are right to say that the changes will be glorious and you should be in joy. However the universe has shown up to observe and to participate in these great changes. Angles from every linage and every system have crowded upon Gaia as she prepares to birth. These angelic beings are here not to watch and do nothing as things change as a blinking of the eye. They are here because these are to be difficult times.
You are not here upon Gaia because you think it is an easy experience. You are here at this time because you are the strongest of the strong. You live in a space where angels have feared to trod. You knew that this experience would be difficult for you have done it many times before, yet there is a difference this time. This time you are joining a whole planetary system which is ascending together. Now this doesn’t mean that all will ascend at the same instant. Some are more ready than others. Some will leave their bodies through what is called death on this plane.
There is no death, for you have always been and will always be part of this and all universes. Some will die to this Earth only to find themselves in a body upon the ascended Gaia. Others will pass through different portals than death. Many will pass through to the inner Earth as the surface of the Earth becomes unstable. Others still will be passed by on this chance for ascension only to incarnate upon another system in the third density. This is not because they were not good enough, far from it. Their higher-selves have orchestrated this life and every life, yet their higher-self knows that they are not finished with the third density. There is nothing to fear my children. For you are Beings. You will Be and will never not Be.
There are many places and people that need your light shined upon them. Gaia grieves for her children who still have not found peace, even as the energies which she is receiving have increased ten fold since the beginning of the year. Those dark forces are continuing to sacrifice to feed their masters. The wars they continue to propagate are only the beginning to the darkness that they are feeding upon. The nuclear plants in Japan continue to release untold amounts of dangerous radiation into the waters and the air, yet little has been done to stop it. Send your light to support those in Japan who are being exposed at close range.
Shine your light upon your families and friends. Begin at home by shining your light in your own home then your light can begin to broadcast itself among the neighborhoods, this is the beginning of peace.
Take time out for yourselves. As you serve others remember to give yourselves time to rest especially as the energies become more frantic. It is okay to just be. Those of the western societies have been programed that they need to be doing something at all times. This has been a tool that those who have controlled you have continued to program you with. As long as you are busy doing something, this takes away the time to sit and contemplate life and to listen to the still quiet voice within your beings. Once you slow down and allow the world to pass you by, you can then connect with spirit. The answers to your questions will begin to be revealed to you through the silent contemplation.
Take time to connect with the I Am being that is within everyone of you. You have been taught through the western religions that God is away out in some distant heaven somewhere. This is the separation that has been programed into most of those in the Western world. This is being reinforced by the materialism which places more value on stuff than one’s connection with the natural world. Look in the mirror, there is your savior from all ‘evils’ of this world.
Draw near to nature and you will draw nearer to the I Am being within you and everyone. Yes, there are great mother ships coming to witness the show and to help to show you how to clean up the aftermath of the great changes. It is humanity who is responsible for cleaning up the Earth. Your space brothers and sisters are not coming to save you from yourselves. In the time between the shift and the ascension, humans will be required to clean up the messes.
We now speak of the changes to come and the fear which so many are finding themselves in. You are the way-showers, for the Universe has shown up to see how it is a whole planet can ascend together. There is nothing to fear. Fear only feeds the Archons who have used all the religions of the world as a tool to literally feed on your negative energy. So each time you are sent into a fit of rage or you see the drama on the television and you give it your energy, your energy is flowing to feed and strengthen those who have ruled the dark side of duality here upon Earth.
They have taught you that you have to believe be-lie-ve that you must bow down before them to be acceptable to their priests, clergy, etc. You are gods and goddesses and you need not bow down before any being. You are the creators of this world and are soon to be the creators of other worlds, stand up and realize that you are Light. Light has nothing to fear. Light goes everywhere and can do anything. Show your Light as you open up you hearts, for the New Earth is coming and there is nothing that can stop it.

I am Kuan Yin, Mother of all Peace and I greet you in the love and the Light of the Creator of All things. Dearest children find it in your hearts to accept one another and leave your differences out of the game. You are not here upon the Earth to let your ego’s run the show. You are here to support your mother, Gaia. It is her who is ascending to the fifth density and many of you will be around to make this jump in consciousness with her.
Whether the Earth changes are caused by another planet or another star or if they are of Gaia’s own making, that is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that there are great changes which are going to begin in earnest soon. There is a system which has been cast by those who have reigned upon this Earth enslaving the whole of the human race with its systems of time and money. These systems and all that is entwined with them are coming to an end soon.
If you are under the belief that you will ascend to the same jobs and same houses and the same car payments and mortgages then you are sadly mistaken. These are the systems that the dark entities which have worshiped at the corner of greed and lust street have set into place and they have been a curse to Gaia and all that was decreed for her. The Creator intended for her to be a garden, but the controllers have made her into a weed patch.
I will pass on the details of the changes for today’s message, but know this: there are changes which are coming to this Earth who has suffered from the out and out abuse and misuse of those who have sought to exploit the mineral wealth and the other natural resources of Gaia. There are many things that will be fearful, but as light beings you know to be in your hearts. There is nothing to fear, even if there are Earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, these should bring you to joy for with each tremor the times of the great shift come closer.
You are surrounded by beings of light to support you in this wonderful endeavor you have agreed to participate in. Fill your heart with joy and anticipation for the days to come are to be interesting and exciting. Ask your guides and angels to comfort you and guide you when you have difficulties. The days ahead will become difficult. Know that the closer that you draw to the light the more shadows will present themselves to you. Let this be a sign to you. For if you were out in the dimness of the shadows you would not see your shadow self, but as you draw near to the light, your I am Light, you shall see the shadows which do not want you to run from them.
Do not run from your shadows self. Welcome the shadow with the warmest of greetings and then tell your shadow, I Love You. Send this love to your shadow self as it reveals itself to you. Go into your I Am light and ask your I Am being to reveal your shadows to you. The more we seek out our shadows the brighter our light will burn.
My children, practice living from your hearts. The time is coming soon when you will need to live from your heart mind. Pass every thing through your heart mind for the ego will only confuse and cause you to move into the fear mode. Practice breathing into your hearts and think with your hearts for when all Gaia’s children think with their hearts, then we will have peace.

I am Isis, mother of all life, and I greet you in the love of the One Creator. I bid you peace. You my children are here for a reason. You are not here because it is going to be an easy thing to transition from third density to fourth density as a planetary species. You my children are the strongest of the strong and the bravest of the brave if we might borrow from Little Grandmother. You are not here to sit on your hands as the status quo remains and the darkness maintains its hold over the Earth and her peoples.
While you are being uplifted by the energies which are coming from your sun and the great cosmic mystery of the Galactic plane, a place where you have been before and it continues to have its effect to awaken and lift your vibrations from the depths of the third density which has at its roots a system of control which has kept humanity in bondage for the last six thousand years. This system which has controlled through the use of religion and education has not loosened its grip upon humanity on the contrary it has tightened its grip through the use of the electronic media which it uses to shape and control the people of this Earth.
It is for this very reason that the Creator in her/his divine and infinite wisdom that Elenin which is a planet and not a comet, which orbits the brown dwarf Nibiru which is the planet of crossing. If you want to be technically correct, Elenin would be a ‘moon’ or a satellite of Nibiru. It is negligence to fall in line with all the new age thinking and simply wish this away and think pleasant thoughts. There are things that need to happen for the order of the Universe to continue to spiral in an ever more uplifting and positive frequency of vibration. Even though the dreaded three days of darkness which will take place on whatever date, it is going to happen.
This is not time to drop into fear though. What the channel has neglected to inform you while trying to remain true to the Being communication through him is that during this time of darkness many portals will be opened and those who have been upon a path of service to others, will be taken to one of several places. One place that is possible to be transported during this time is to the hollow Earth which is where most of those beings will be taken to acclimate and adapt to the fourth density energies already at work here within the inner confines of the Earth, which unlike the erroneous information of there being molten rock or a molten iron core, it is a place very much like us surface dwellers may be used to except for the inner sun which never sets.
A second option is for those who are vibrationally ready, they will be transported to the New Earth, which is at the fifth density. Those who are here need to truly be love for their thoughts will instantaneously be translated into physical creations. The third option for this time of darkness when only the inner light of one’s soul will be the illumination is for those who have come from another star system in order to help raise the vibration of the Earth and to help with this great transformation will be reunited with their brothers and sisters and be transferred to ships where the star families are waiting in great anticipation.
There is one more option, after the three days of darkness, those who have served their selves by abusing the planet, its people, and its creatures will remain to feel the full karma of the Earth changes. We know that if you are reading these words that you belong to one of the first three groups. If you belong to the fourth group you need to take a quick course on meditation and how to experience love and the opening of your heart.
Do not fear, for these days are to be the best days of your lives.

I am Quetzalcoatl, and I greet you in the Love and Light of the One Spirit who moves through all things. I greet you in peace hoping that this day finds you planning time to harmonize with the Universe and the universal plan which is beginning to show its form to the most casual observer. To the experienced observer there are signs and wonders at every turn of the road for the coming shift and all which it will bring forth as Earth prepares to birth a new beginning for those who have made the decision to shift up to the next level of vibration with your Mother, Gaia.
The debate goes on whether Carl Johan Calleman, who supports his assertion that the Mayan calendar ends on the 28th of October, 2011, or if the date of December 21, 2012 is the date which the shift will take place. We only know that the date which is only known by Mother Gaia and the One Spirit who moves through all things for certain.
What is certain and indisputable is that it will be an exciting fall in which anything can be expected happen. The channel’s guidance is giving him the message to not plan anything beyond the 26th of September and anything that takes place beyond that date is uncertain.
It is important that you remember that you are all beings of light with the light of the One Creator within you lighting your way. One certainty in life is that nothing remains unchanged for the Universe demands change and movement. It is time to focus upon your spiritual being and to let the material possessions which are no more than chaff to be tossed in the wind when the wheat which you are is separated from the chaff. You are the crop which has been planted and now it is time to harvest and let the straw and chaff blow in the wind while, you and your light are collected like the grain.
Yes, the times to come may be difficult as the earth changes which include volcanic activity and earthquakes will continue to increase, but you know how to follow your hearts which are the great communicators with nature. Nature can not be explained by the logical mind of the ego. Only the heart which accepts those things that can not be seen or explained will be able to guide you in the days to come. The logical mind sees a justification to war and physical aggression, but the heart knows that there is no need or justification for one country to impose its will against another sovereign nation. The heart knows that only when all people of set free and all are fed and sheltered equally can there be justice.
Your ancestors from the stars are drawing nearer as they anticipate the time when they may be unified with their Earth cousins who may or may not have knowledge of them. If you were to remember from the time between lives before you were born upon this Earth you would remember these cousins who long for the moment when they are allowed here upon the Earth and the reunion with families can be initiated.
Take time to center your selves when you go within. Only when within will find the true light. Go to that quiet place within and pursue the I Am presence. This I Am presence will come and bless you with its being if you would only ask for this spark of the Creator to come and share its secrets with you. Do not fear the darkness which is only being brought so that you may bring out your light and allow it to shine upon the masses who have not awakened yet. Allow your brothers and sisters to awaken upon their own schedule. For those who haven’t awakened need only gentile encouragement, not proselytizing as those from the churches do.

I am Muhammad, and I greet you in the Light of the One Creator who considers you blessed. I speak to you of the peace which knows no limits, and is key to the new energies which are filling the Earth with change and the desire of her children to find a more righteous way of being.
Let me clear up a misconception that has been used by those who like to call themselves kings, priests, leaders, and presidents throughout the years since the time when I was called to write down what I considered the truths to live by. It was said that there is only one path for those who are true believers. This was a very limited and erroneous statement which has been used by those who have controlled the religious institutions upon Earth since its first misinterpretation.
The only interpretation that is satisfactory is this: There is only one path to the light of your soul, that is to go within your inner sanctum. Each individual has their own piece of the One Creator within which shines its light for them to follow and come to terms with. Your inner light which is also called your soul is your gateway to the All. Thus followed to its logical conclusion there is not one way to the Creator, but as many ways as there are creatures.
The age, or times are coming to a grand conclusion which sounds like it should be something to fear, but let us recast this statement in another light. It is not only the end, but the beginning of a new age and a new beginning for all. We are entering a new more energetic place in the universe which is going to cause all kinds of changes. The greatest changes will come during the four days of darkness which is the middle ground between some peoples opinions that it will be three to five days of darkness.
It must be said that to remain in your heart at this time will be of the utmost importance for what ever is in your heart will be amplified, be it Love or Fear. This is the time when you must choose and be what you desire for yourself. It is not a time to be afraid of seeing for you have chosen to experience this if you are still alive at the time of this great change. This is the time to send your love out to your neighbors and your world. For all will be darkened and not even a candle will provide light for you to see for during this time a great influx of energy will occur. Portals will open to move you to the next step in the evolution of Earth’s energies from the old world to the new Earth.
So let us practice going within as you close your eyes and breathing deeply as you center yourself in your hearts. Draw the breath down from your Source, through your Crown chakra inhale the air down and focus upon your heart center. Hold it as long as you want, at least 3 counts and then allow it to flow to Earth through your base chakra. Next, draw a breath from the Earth, pulling it up to your heart, holding it here focusing upon your heart until you are ready to release it. Release it through your Crown chakra releasing it to your Source. Now draw a breath down from Source and up from Earth at the same time holding it in your heart until you just let it go releasing it to your energy body, your Ka. Repeat these breaths as long as you wish.1

I am, Gautama, called Buddha and I greet you in the Love of the One Creator. I remind you of the peace which is within each and every one of your souls if you would only peer in and look through the window which looks to the inner light. All your troubles and problems could be solved if you would look deeply into your self which is none other than the divine light.
Yes, my friends, each and every one of you has the divine light hidden within and you only need to shade the window looking out and focus upon the window which looks into your inner being. Do not get caught up in conceit for the lowliest ant or the pebble which skips across the water has this same light of the creator. For all things are part of the One Creator, for nothing is greater than the sum total of the whole.
I say this not to discourage you from seeking the divine within your very being, but to refrain from judgment upon those who have not the same opportunities or the same freedoms that you may enjoy. Those who are impoverished and are not sharing in the wealth which avails itself to some of you are not less divine beings as you are not more divine beings. For to be divine is to say it all. You have your share of the pie in the grand scheme of things. Infinity divided by any number that you may choose however large is still infinity. The least of you has the infinity of the abundance of energy and prosperity at his disposal within this generous and awesome Universe.
Do not fear for the future for you have always been, and will always be. You are energy and you have always existed with or without a body. The corporeal has never been intended to be the be all and end all of living. Western society and religion has done a disservice to those humans who have bought into the belief that you are your body. Even with the approach of the ascension, as glorious as it seems to you, one should not fear the coming changes as they continue to escalate. Feel the joy of being and then just accept that your physical body challenges you in ways that your time spent in pure consciousness does not. Be joyous that you have been allowed to take part in the grandest production in the history of play writing for you are indeed the writer, director and lead player of your life as you know it.
Relish in the sunshine when the morning breaks with a crisp morning with the birds singing. The birds still find time to sing and fulfill their bliss and joy, so should you. Find the shade of a tree to enjoy and focus upon your breathing. Pull the breaths down from Source filling your being with their energy. Then just listen for the silence between the breaths both your breath and the breath of the wind. Listen for the silence among the sweet song of the birds. Listen for the song of the sun as it dances upon the leaves of the trees and then follow the peace to your heart as it expands out from your chest.
Spend time in your heart here in the shade of your favorite tree. Here the tree will teach you to live in your heart as it shares with you the secrets of the energy that Nature has entrusted within the roots of your friend. It is here that the secrets of the Universe will be revealed if you have ears to hear and eyes to see. Those eyes are not your eyeballs and those ears are not the ears of your head, but the eyes and ears of your heart. Only with these eyes and ears will you find the peace of the divine within your self.

I am Gaia, and I greet you in the Light and Love of the One Creator and I bless you and all beings who have incarnated at this time to assist me in the lifting of my frequencies. There is going to be many exciting things to experience in the coming month. It will be important to be well versed in living from the heart for things will become unexplainable unless you are living in the heart and can come to accept what your heart tells you.
The veil will be becoming more thin and in some ways will be lifting completely as more of the human family awakens to who they are in the grand scheme of things. What you, my children, will see when the veil thins and lifts altogether for some of you will anger and upset many of my children who have not been awakened prior to this rather startling unveiling of their perceptions. There is much cleansing that is needed to be done for humans continue to act in the lower vibrational attitudes and behaviors such as anger, hate, and violence of all kinds such as murder, war and all the abuses which are done while trespassing upon another human’s sovereignty.
In the new Earth in which I am completing, each individual will be a sovereign being and no being will be allowed to trespass on that beings sovereignty. At the level of vibration that it will be, those who have made the transition to this place will be at such a high level that they would never consider such feats. This is where we are going as a family, however, much remains in need of cleaning up. There are certain cosmic events which will assist in the removal of all which is not vibrating at a sufficiently rapid rate. These beings who do not resonate with the new body which I am preparing for myself will be allowed to transition to the spirit world where they will have time to reflect upon the lessons in which it will be important to work towards and then these individuals will be returned to a third dimensional planet which will accommodate their incarnation for more lessons and training.
There is no need to grieve long for these individuals for they have all chosen their path back to their origins, at home with the One Creator. It is a time not to be frightened of the unknown, but to rejoice for your guides and angels are flooding into share your experiences and assist you when the times become difficult. The difficult times are soon to be upon us. Do not be miss led into thinking that there will not be any earth changes. These changes need to be completed for the cleansing to continue to its fulfillment. There are too many toxic dumps and negative influences which need to be removed before the New Earth can be brought into this plane. It does already exist in its completion, but in order for it to be completely integrated into the current third density plane. I know this is a difficult concept for many of you to understand, but it is important for all the pieces to be in place before it can come to completion.
Spend time in nature connecting with your Mother’s elements. All exists in nature for your total health and well being. Remember to practice moving your consciousness to your hearts as you pass through your day remember this and test how this heart centered being-ness can work to draw you near to me, your Mother. For you share in everything which comes from my body. You are of the Earth, even though your spirit essence originated with Source, your body is filled and fulfilled by every mineral and vitamin which first is found within my body. Find peace within yourself and you will be peace to the world.

I am Quetzalcoatl and I greet you in the Love of the One spirit who moves through all things, peace. Time is drawing to a final climatic and triumphant climax as this age draws closer to the end. The next age will be a period of no-time and it waits in the wings for those who choose to make the transition to the 4rth level of vibration. But what is no-time you may ask?
It is a difficult concept for someone who has lived their entire life under the watchful eye of the clock. A period of no time could be simply explained as all time is at the now. You live now at the present moment and do not keep a large portion of your consciousness focused on what you are going to do tomorrow or next year or what you did two days ago. You will simply forget the worries that have plagued you for the last several thousand years. Let us now return to and consider accelerated time.
Time compression is most apparent in the shear exhaustion that those who are incarnated in this most exciting time are feeling. You are living more than what you consider to be twenty four hours of Earth time. Even though the clocks still say the time we can assure you that you are living days in the time period of one Earth day. This is the reason for your weariness, for indeed time is not what it appears to be.
This is a time to rejoice and let the fears which may wag their tails at you to wander down the street and not get the attention needed to feed them. For this is a time of great changes, and if you were to allow yourself to get caught up in the drama which the media who are constantly hyping, they (the fears) could take control of you. This is the purpose of their constant drum beat of fearful situations so our recommendations is that you leave the television to the dogs.
Instead of spending your leisure time getting caught up with what the ones who program you through the media, take time out of your day to spend time connecting with nature. Nature is preparing some surprising events in the coming months which will not give you an option but to unplug from the electronic media which is being used against you to keep you distracted and content to slave away for a drop in the bucket while the ones who own the money printing presses are impoverishing both governments and the people.
The channel is feeling like a broken record, but it is important for all beings who want to endure through the coming changes, need to practice heart consciousness by shifting their awareness from the mind (in your head) to the heart. The ego will continue to fight with you as you attempt to move your awareness away from the head. A heart centered disposition will allow you to join in with the unity consciousness wave which is still developing and strengthening as the days melt into weeks.
Watch the skies as there continues to be an increasing presence of your space family or what could also be called the greater family of man which are lightships from the stars. The times are changing quickly now, but remember to continue in your joy and bliss. Do not fear for the new Earth comes in the wake of the great changes upon the old Earth. All will be changed and you will not recognize your homes and surroundings after the changes have come.
Continue to take time centering in your hearts when you go within. All answers are available to you when you go within in prayer and meditation. Fill yourself with the inner calmness that will bring peace to the world. For only from within calm and peaceful hearts will true peace be found. Peace is never found from the barrel of a gun, but from within a still calm inner knowing.

I am Mary, called Magdalene, I greet you in peace. This is the calm before the storm. As those who just lived through the storm on your nations east coast can attest to, there is a period of calm before a storm will hit. We are here on the precipice of the greatest cosmic storm to hit the Earth in known history. Rejoice my brothers and sisters for you are in for the ride of a life time, the ride of all life times.
As everyday people are going about their days, watching their favorite sports teams, or their favorite celebrities getting their five minutes of fame, those behind this system of control are getting ready to take their places in their secret underground facilities. These same facilities that your tax money has gone into keeping them in luxury as they attempt to hold up until the ‘fireworks’ have taken place. There is one thing that those who have their tickets for these underground bases or shelters have not considered. This is the cleansing of all cleansing and all beings that do not raise their vibrations with Gaia as she makes the shift from the third to the fourth density and on to fifth density must realize that if they are not releasing their lower vibrational attitudes they are simply going to be left here with their ecological disasters and nuclear disasters that they and their corporate cronies have created in their greed.
The new Earth that so many have talked and written about is not going to allow the corruption, greed, anger, hatred, and all of the other base emotions to run rampant. Many have commented on the coming of a celestial intruder which is crossing through our solar system wrecking havoc upon the planetary bodies it comes near. This Nibiru or planet of the crossing is doing just that. It is not a jealous younger sibling of the sun, but it is a part of this system and it has its purpose as all of you have your purposes for incarnating. Its purpose is to assist the Earth to cleanse as it prepares to cross into full alignment with the galactic plane and the unencumbered path of the photon belt, or as others have called it we are to be fully immersed in a high energy region of the Milky way Galaxy.
It is now time to connect with your heart center and move your consciousness down from your head to your heart. Much is about to happen and we need to remember to stay centered in your heart as the media fills you with sights and sounds of disasters it is important to remain heart centered and to remain lovingly detached from the drama which those in control want us to be ‘caught up’ in. Search within. Perhaps your soul will tell you that chaos is to be expected at the end of an age. Rejoice in this knowledge and fill your heart with joy for this is your purpose, to be a light to others at the dark before the dawn.
Send your love to those who are suffering in the natural and human made disasters around the world. It may be tempting to want to use your light and love to change or mitigate the actions of Gaia as she releases lower energies through weather and other Earth changes. There are certain instances of ‘disasters’ that need to happen for the cleansing and renewal of Earth to continue on schedule. Pray for the highest good, for there are times when the highest good is going to cause death and destruction. This is why the angelic beings are here in unprecedented numbers as they wish to help those who are in need of it.
Remember to stay focused upon your heart for the time is drawing near when the changes of Gaia’s body will begin in earnest.

I am Kuan Yin, Mother of Peace, and I bid you the peace of the Creator of all things. The time is drawing near for the culmination of countless measures of time in what can be see as a welcome to those sleeping gods and goddesses who have been bewitched by the life in a physical body upon the 3rd dimensional planet know as Earth. These gods, goddesses and angels of all lineages have become caught up in the wheel of life upon this most inviting emerald jewel of a planet you know as Earth.
Every effort has been made to break those beings and friends of those in spirit from the nearly endless trappings and the slippery slope which has allowed few of these beings to escape once they had chosen to experience the physical for only a little while. Well, this little while has added up to countless trips back to the emerald planet in order to balance what has been done during the previous lifetime. Thus, those beings who had never seen the physical have become trapped in the constant cycle of life and ‘death,’ which so many have found themselves caught.
For many of these beings the graduation is quickly approaching as those of you who are familiar with the enlightenment movement are well aware of. For those of you who are preparing yourselves for the ascension, it is time to get ready for a time of increasing chaos as the shift will not come without great upheavals in the social, economic, and climatic systems. Those who are aware of the climate changes will understand that the Earth continues to purify herself in the days before and during the shift.
There continues to be no let up in the compression of time. In fact those who are feeling the effects of tiredness would be advised to allow time for your body to rest for you are indeed experiencing several days, approaching a week of time as your body experienced only twenty four hours at you present juncture in the space time. Your mind tells you that it has only been a day, but it is taxing and evolving your DNA as you prepare to join your space family at a higher level of vibration and expanded consciousness. This is why it is imperative that you move your consciousness from you head mind to your heart.
Practice this daily by taking time to go within in prayer or meditation. Find a quiet place and breathe deeply filling your lungs fully and focusing your mind upon your heart center. Continue to breath into your heart as your mind relaxes move your focus to your crown chakra and breath down from your crown chakra as you connect with your Source. Hold this breath as you move your focus down to your heart center. Continue to breath this way as you continue to connect with source and moving your focus to your heart.
This heart centered breathing will assist you in the days to come when the coming darkness seemingly overcomes the light. Do not fear for the light for the light has already positioned itself for the final place for the most advantageous placement of its resources. The times will become difficult as the Earth changes come to the forefront of humanities consciousness away from the idle business which the controllers have instituted with their system of thought control which is first and foremost centered upon television and the limited way it presents what those behind its programing want you to think and do.
Do not fear, but be in joy for you are players in the grand plan to assist and stand witness as Gaia ascends from the current level of vibration to one of continued peace and prosperity for all beings. Peace.
